Find a location with proper zoning approval for pharmaceutical operations. The premises must comply with Thai FDA guidelines regarding safety, hygiene, and layout.
You cannot apply for a pharmacy license without a qualified pharmacist on board. The pharmacist must be registered with the Thai Pharmacy Council.
Submit your application to the Thai FDA. This process typically takes 3–6 months and includes document checks, inspections, and pharmacist verification.
Renovate and equip your premises to meet Thai FDA standards, including secured storage for controlled substances, shelving, signage, and proper ventilation.
Establish contracts with certified pharmaceutical suppliers. Make sure all medicines have proper registration numbers and are sourced legally.
