Under Thai law, all legal entities registered in Thailand have a legal obligation to prepare and keep accounts and file an annual audit.

Financial Statements

Prepare within 12 months from establishment. Submit PND 50, financial statements, and BOJ 5.

Withholding Tax

If subject to payments, submit PND 3 and PND 53 in the following month.

Social Security

Register with SSO. Submit PND 1 if monthly salary exceeds 25,000 THB.

VAT Compliance

Mandatory if income > 1.8M THB. Submit form Por.Por.30 every month.
