Getting a corporate bank statement in Thailand involves a different process compared to personal accounts, as it requires proper authorization and documentation. Here’s how to obtain one:

Methods to Get a Corporate Bank Statement in Thailand

1. Via Corporate Internet Banking (Recommended)

Log in to your company’s corporate online banking portal (e.g., Bangkok Bank iBanking, SCB Business, Kasikorn Biz). Navigate to "Account Statement" or "E-Statement". Select the account, date range, and format (PDF/Excel). Download or request an e-statement (some banks email it automatically). (Note: Only authorized signatories can access this.)

2. Request at the Bank Branch (For Printed Statements)

Required Documents: Company documents (e.g., affidavit of registration, list of directors). Authorization letter (signed by authorized directors). Passport/ID of the requester (if foreigner, bring work permit/passport). Company seal (บางธนาคารต้องใช้ตราประทับบริษัท). Process: Visit the branch where the account is held. Submit the request form (some banks have a specific form). Specify the statement period (e.g., last 6 months, 1 year). Pay a fee (if applicable, ~100–500 THB per statement). Delivery Options: Collect in person (usually ready in 1–3 days). Mail to company address (takes longer).

3. ATM/CDM (Limited to Mini-Statements)

Some banks allow corporate ATM cards to print mini-statements (last 5–10 transactions). Not suitable for official/audit purposes.

4. Phone Banking (For Urgent Requests)

Call the bank’s corporate customer service. Verify company details & authorized signer. Request an e-statement via email (if pre-approved).

5. Bank’s Relationship Manager (For Large Companies)

If your company has a dedicated RM, contact them directly. They can expedite requests or provide certified statements.

Need a Certified Statement?

For legal/tax purposes, request a “Certified Bank Statement” (ลายเซ็นธนาคารรับรอง) at the branch. This may take 1–3 business days and cost extra.

Important Notes

  • Authorization Required: Only authorized signatories (as per company resolution) can request statements.

  • Foreign Companies: May need additional documents (e.g., Board resolution, Thai director’s ID).

Audit Purposes: Some banks provide certified statements (with stamp) for legal/audit use (extra fee applies).
